Beef Barley Soup...my Version

  1. In stock pot or favorite soup pot add all ingredients (except barley).
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer 45 minutes.
  3. Add barley and simmer another 15 minutes.

beef stock, carrot, celery, onion, olive oil, garlic, barley, oregano, basil, bay leaves, black pepper, salt, beef, tomatoes
