Great Meat Sauce

  1. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan.
  2. Fry the garlic over medium heat.
  3. When it's aromatic, add the onion and fry until caramelized.
  4. Add the meat, and when it has cooked through, add canned tomatoes, crush them and add the wine.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients except for the butter, mix, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
  6. Add the butter and simmer for another 10 minutes.
