Great Meat Sauce
- 200 grams Minced meat
- 1 Onions (minced)
- 1 clove Chopped garlic
- 1 can Canned tomatoes (whole)
- 150 grams Tomato puree
- 50 ml Red wine
- 2 Soup stock cube
- 1 1/2 tbsp each Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce, ketchup
- 2 Bay leaves
- 4 grams Butter
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan.
- Fry the garlic over medium heat.
- When it's aromatic, add the onion and fry until caramelized.
- Add the meat, and when it has cooked through, add canned tomatoes, crush them and add the wine.
- Add the remaining ingredients except for the butter, mix, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
- Add the butter and simmer for another 10 minutes.
