Skyler's Balsamic Vinaigrette Chicken
- 4 medium skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 2/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 4 tsp italian seasoning
- 3 tbsp almond slivers
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
- 1/4 tsp cracked mixed (or black) peppercorn
- 2 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper
- 2 dash Adobo
- 1 tsp onion soup mix (from envelope)
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place chicken breasts on baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray or covered in aluminum foil
- mix all of sauce ingredients in a bowl until evenly distributed.
- pour half of sauce over chicken breasts and then bake in oven for 15 minutes
- remove chicken from oven and pour remaining half of sauce over each breast.
- Place back in oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink on the inside.
- Enjoy!
