Chicken Crescent Bundles
- 1 whole Chicken Breast, Cooked And Shredded
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Onion
- Garlic Powder
- Kosher Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 package Refrigerated Crescent Rolls, 8 Ounce Tube
- 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
- 1/4 cups Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cups Finely Chopped Pecans
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and milk using an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add in minced onion, and garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in chicken.
- Now, with your opened tube of crescent rolls, separate it in half at the perforated seam in the middle.
- Then roll each half out and separate in half again so you have 4 rectangles.
- Starting with one rectangle, pinch seams together at the diagonal so it is one piece of dough that will not break apart.
- Place 1/4 of the chicken mixture in the middle of the rectangle and fold up all sides, pinching together so you have a ball.
- Repeat with remaining 3 rectangles.
- Mix together bread crumbs and pecans in a shallow bowl.
- Brush crescent balls with melted butter and roll in bread crumb and pecan mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet or stone and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
