Garlicky Five-Cheese Appetizer Crisps

  1. Process flour, cornmeal, baking soda, sugar and garlic powder in food processor until blended.
  2. Add butter; pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Spoon into medium bowl.
  4. Add cheese, water and vinegar; stir until mixture forms dough.
  5. Shape into ball; wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  7. Heat oven to 300F.
  8. Divide dough into 4 pieces; roll each piece into 13-inch circle on floured surface.
  9. Sprinkle with seasonings; press lightly into dough.
  10. Cut each circle into 8 wedges.
  11. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
  12. Bake 22 to 24 min.
  13. or until crisp and lightly browned.
  14. Cool 3 min.

  16. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
