Chinese Chives with Mayonnaise, Soy Sauce, and Sesame Seeds

  1. Cut the Chinese chives into 3cm lengths, and lay on a heatproof plate.
  2. Lightly cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2.5 minutes at 600 W, then cool.
  3. When the Chinese chives from Step 1 cool down, tightly squeeze out the excess water.
  4. Put the Chinese chives and ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Mix well, and serve onto a plate, then it's done.
