Chinese Chives with Mayonnaise, Soy Sauce, and Sesame Seeds
- 2 bunches Chinese chives
- 2 heaping tablespoons Ground sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Cut the Chinese chives into 3cm lengths, and lay on a heatproof plate.
- Lightly cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2.5 minutes at 600 W, then cool.
- When the Chinese chives from Step 1 cool down, tightly squeeze out the excess water.
- Put the Chinese chives and ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix well, and serve onto a plate, then it's done.
