Sinful Potatoes
- 1 pound velveeta cheese cubed
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 pounds hash brown potatoes frozen
- 1/2 pound bacon cooked, crumbled
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
- Melt velveeta in heavy pan over low heat, stirring.
- Add Mayonnaise and potatoes to cheese and mix well.
- Put into a 9x13 inch shallow baking dish and top with bacon.
- Bake, uncovered for 35 to 40 min.
- until bubbly and golden brown.
