Glazed Chicken with Stuffing
- 1 can (8 oz.) Spanish style tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee granules
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1-1/2 lb.)
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, finely chopped
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken, prepared as directed
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Mix tomato sauce, dressing, honey, coffee and cumin until blended.
- Pour half of the mixture into resealable plastic bag.
- Add chicken to bag; refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- Place chicken on foil-covered baking sheet.
- Brush chicken with half of the remaining marinade.
- Bake 10 min.
- Turn chicken; baste with remaining marinade.
- Bake 10 min.
- or until chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle chicken with chopped bacon before serving.
- Serve with prepared stuffing.
