Glazed Chicken with Stuffing

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix tomato sauce, dressing, honey, coffee and cumin until blended.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into resealable plastic bag.
  4. Add chicken to bag; refrigerate 30 min.
  5. to marinate.
  6. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Place chicken on foil-covered baking sheet.
  8. Brush chicken with half of the remaining marinade.
  9. Bake 10 min.
  10. Turn chicken; baste with remaining marinade.
  11. Bake 10 min.
  12. or until chicken is cooked through.
  13. Sprinkle chicken with chopped bacon before serving.
  14. Serve with prepared stuffing.
