Bean Chowder Recipe
- 1 pound hamburger or possibly (2 lb.)
- 2 regular cans Husbands ranch-style beans
- 2 sm. cans tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/2 c. water
- Cook hamburger till brown; drain grease.
- Add in dill weed, smoke, Worcestershire sauce, onions, and garlic salt.
- Slowly add in tomato sauce and cook 3 min with meat mix.
- Add in beans and 1 1/2 c. water; cover and cook for 30 min on slow heat.
