Brie and Bacon Quiche

  1. Crumble cheeses in the bottom of the pie.
  2. Spread crumbled bacon on top.
  3. Mix all remaining ingredients thoroughly and pour into the pie pan.
  4. Bake in a preheated 375 degree F oven for about 45 minutes, until a pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool slightly before serving.
