Japanese-style Salmon and Vegetable Marinade
- 1 as many (to taste) Salmon filets
- 1 Onion
- 1 as much (to taste) Brocolli. Daikon radish, etc.
- 6 tbsp Sugar
- 6 tbsp Vinegar
- 6 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 suitable amount Cake flour
- Put salmon, seasoned with salt and pepper in a plastic bag with flour and shake.
- Cut up the onion and sweat in a pan with oil.
- Fry the salmon in a generous amount of oil, being careful not to burn it.
- Add a small amount of sesame oil (not listed).
- Parboil the vegetables for about a minute.
- Boiling the daikon for a short time makes it crunchy and not watery.
- Mix the wet ingredients together in a dish, transfer the salmon as soon as it's cooked, then the vegetables.
- Cover with plastic wrap and it's ready when the flavor is absorbed.
- Marinate for at least an hour.
