Antipasto Wreath

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients and 2 Tbsp.
  2. peppers until well blended.
  3. Shape into 16-inch log; wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm enough to handle.
  5. Form into wreath shape on large plate.
  6. Top with remaining peppers and parsley.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  8. Serve with crackers.
