Grilled Zucchini Bruschetta
- 1 baguette (350 g), cut into 32 slices
- 4 zucchini
- 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil
- Heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Grill bread slices 30 sec.
- to 1 min.
- on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
- Trim and discard ends of zucchini.
- Cut each zucchini diagonally into 8 slices; place in large bowl.
- Add dressing; mix lightly.
- Grill 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender, turning after 3 min.
- Spread toast slices with cream cheese product; top with zucchini and basil.
