Gluten-Free Flour MIX
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 1 cup soy flour
- 23 cup potato starch
- 13 cup tapioca starch
- Mix all together and use instead of wheat flour.
- Suitable for recipes not requiring a lot of gluten (ie.
- not for making perfect, fluffy breads or cakes needing a perfecting touchlike wedding cakes) Store in a container and put into the fridge.
