Jenny's Spinach Balls

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Thaw and drain spinach well.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix thoroughly.
  4. Shape into one inch balls.
  5. Place balls on an ungreased baking sheet, and cook for 10-15 mins.
  6. Serve with Dijon Mustard.
