Breakfast Muffins with Your Favorite Fillings
- 40 grams White flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 heaping tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 20 grams Butter
- 1 optional Onions, Wiener sausages, bacon, corn, easy melting cheese, ketchup, mayonnaise
- 1 dash Dried parsley
- Bring egg to room temperature.
- Sift flour and baking powder.
- Finely chop the ingredients.
- Put egg and sugar into a bowl.
- Use a hand mixer to whisk until white and creamy.
- Add the sifted powder into the bowl and mix in lightly in a cutting motion.
- Microwave butter for 20 seconds to melt, and add into the batter to mix.
- When everything is evenly blended, pour into cups or molds.
- Also add fillings of your choice and bake in a 170C oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- This one has Wiener sausages, corn, ketchup, and easy melting cheese.
- This one has onion, corn, bacon, black pepper, and mayonnaise.
