Coconut Pineapple Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine flour and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add corn syrup, coconut, pineapple, eggs and vanilla-mix well.
  4. Pour into a pastry shell.
  5. Drizzle with butter.
  6. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
  7. Cool on a wire rack.
  8. Chill before cutting.
  9. Store in refrigerator.
