Yuzu Pepper Flavored Pickled Turnips
- 2 Turnips (the size of tennis balls)
- 3 cm - (to taste) Yuzu pepper (tubed)
- 1 tbsp Mentsuyu
- 2 pinch Salt
- Peel the turnips and slice into pieces of your desired size.
- Put all of the ingredients in a bag, rub together, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour to let the flavor sink in.
