Oriental Chicken With Mushrooms

  1. Combine soy sauce and cornstarch in small bowl.
  2. Add chicken and marinate 1/2 hour.
  3. Brown the garlic and ginger slices in oil.
  4. remove and discard garlic and ginger.
  5. Stir-fry fresh and black mushrooms 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Push aside.
  7. Stir-fry chicken 3 to 4 minutes, until done.
  8. Add black bean sauce or hoisin sauce.
  9. Stir the mushrooms and chicken together and heat through.
  10. Serve over rice or Oriental Vegetables.
