B.B.Q. Ribs with Plum Sauce

  1. Place ribs bone side down on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  2. Cover and bake for 1 hour or until ribs are tender; drain.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients; brush ribs with some of the sauce.
  4. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with sauce.
  5. Or, cook on the grill, brushing with sauce as desired.
