Brandy Coffee Recipe
- 2 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
- 2 c. Half and half
- 1 c. Brandy
- 2 c. Warm brewed coffee
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- Cook chocolate and half-and-hal;f in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, till chocolate melts (don't boil(.
- Add in brandy, coffee, and sugar, stirring till sugar melts.
- Remove from heat.
- Beat whipping cream and vanilla at high speed with an electric mixer till soft peaks form.
- Fold into coffee mix.
- Serve immediately.
