Gateau Chocolate Cake
- 120 grams Lotte Ghana Chocolate Black
- 100 grams Margarine
- 30 grams Cake flour
- 2 tbsp Hot chocolate mix
- 3 Eggs
- 70 grams Granulated sugar
- Sift the powdered ingredients.
- Separate the egg whites and yolkes.
- Melt the chocolate by immersing in a hot water bath, then add margarine and mix.
- Put the egg yolks and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix until it becomes white.
- Add the melted chocolate and butter to the step 2 mixture and mix.
- Add the powdered ingredients and mix.
- Use a hand mixer to mix the egg whites until peaks form!
- Add the egg whites in 2 or 3 parts to the mixture from step 4.
- Use a spatula to mix, being careful not to smash the foam.
- Pout into the pan and cook at 170C for 30 minutes.
