Microwave Sweet And Sour Green Beans Recipe

• 3 slices bacon, cut up
• 1 sm. onion, sliced and separated into rings
• 2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
• 2 tbsp. vinegar
• 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. frzn French-style green beans

1. Place bacon and onion in small bowl.
2. Microwave on HIGH 2-3 min or possibly till onion is tender and bacon cooked, stirring once.
3. Fold in brown sugar, salt, mustard and vinegar.
4. Place green beans in a 2-qt casserole.
5. Cover with plastic warp; microwave on HIGH 6-8 min or possibly till heated, stirring after half the time.
6. Drain.
7. Add in bacon-onion, tossing to combine.
8. Microwave on HIGH 2-3 min or possibly till heated.
