BLTA

  1. Fry 4 slices of bacon per sandwich in a medium size pan until slightly crispy.
  2. When finished, remove bacon and place on a paper towel-covered plate to let some of the fat drip off.
  3. While the bacon fries, slice tomato, cut lettuce, and toast bread.
  4. Cut avocado in half and remove the pit.
  5. Spread 1 tablespoon mayo on on one side of the toasted bread and spoon out 1/2 of the avocado and spread on the other side of the bread.
  6. Add 4 pieces of bacon, half of the lettuce, and 2 slices of tomato per sandwich.
  7. Devour.
