Weight Watchers Soup
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 1 large can Veg-All (use water)
- 1 small can Veg-All (use water)
- 2 small cans tomatoes
- 1 large can green beans
- 1 small can corn
- 1 large jar mushrooms
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 pkg. cabbage and carrot slaw mix
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash
- 1/4 tsp. Spike
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. cooked macaroni
- Fry beef; drain.
- Combine all the other ingredients, except macaroni; bring to full boil.
- Add ground beef; cook 1/2 hour. Add macaroni.
- Turn on low and let simmer.
- Makes a large kettle of soup.
