BgCtGal's 3 Meat N Cheese Lasagna
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 lb Italian Sausage
- 1 envelope Pepperoni Chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Sweet Red and Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 tsp minced fresh garlic
- 1 Ragu Traditional
- 1 pints Ricotta (mix with 2 medium eggs)
- 1 packages Cheddar Cheese Block Crumbled
- 1 packages shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 packages Fancy Shreds Mexican Blend Cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- Brown ground beef, italian sausage (skinless), and pepperoni, with chopped onion, peppers, and seasonings.
- Add can of tomatoes, let cook down then add i jar a spaghetti sauce
- Place sauce on the bottom of pan, layer noodles, alternate between sauce and cheese layers with no boil noodles
- Oncer layered 3 or 4 top with shredded cheese and sprinkle italian seasoning
- Baked covered until noodles can be pierced via fork.
- Then uncover to brown a lil on top
