Bleu Cheese Hot Wings

  1. Place chicken wings into a sealable container; pour the dressing over all, making sure they are fully covered.
  2. Refrigerate at least 8 hours; turn pieces occasionally.
  3. Heat oven to 375.
  4. Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil, or spray foil with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Roll chicken pieces in the dressing to coat well; place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour, until browned and juices run clear.
  7. Remove from baking sheet when done, place in a large bowl or container, and pour the hot sauce (Crystal, Frank's Red Hot, or Bulliard's Louisiana Supreme are good ones) over the wings, turning or tossing to coat well.
  8. Serve hot.
  9. Prep time denotes marinating time.
