Panakuchen German Apple Pancake
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup flour all purpose
- 3/4 Milk or any alternative milk substitute
- 1 tsp Cinnamon sprinkled over the top or to taste
- 1 tbsp Sugar or honey
- 2 tbsp Butter or coconut oil
- 1 One Apple sliced
- 1 Salt to taste about a half teaspoon added to the batter
- Grease s cast iron skillet with the butter or oil.
- Add sliced Apple spread evenly.
- Top with batter.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar or honey drizzled.
- Bake 400 for 25 minutes
