Stir fried Leek with Fish Maw & Pork.
- 1 Fish Maw.
- 1 Leek.
- 100 grams Sliced Pork. Alternatively use chicken meat.
- 1 Shrimp (Optional).
- 1 Salt.
- 1 tbsp Oyster Source.
- 5 Sliced Ginger.
- 2 clove Chopped Garlic.
- 2 Dried Mushrooms.
- 400 ml Water.
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil.
- 1 tsp Light Soy Sauce.
- 2 tsp Cornstarch.
- Soak the fish maw & dried mushroom.
- Cut the fish maw into square pieces & slice the dried mushroom into thin sliced.
- Marinate the pork with cornstarch & light soy sauce.
- Added 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into the wok at medium heat.
- Fried the garlic and ginger until fragrance.
- Add pork & mushroom cook for about 1min.
- Put in the leek & fish maw.
- Cook for 3 min.
- Prepare the source with cornstarch, oyster source & water.
- Pour the source into the mixture & cook until boiling.
- You may add the shrimps(Optional) at this stage.
- Simmer for 3 min & get ready to serve.
