Stir fried Leek with Fish Maw & Pork.

  1. Soak the fish maw & dried mushroom.
  2. Cut the fish maw into square pieces & slice the dried mushroom into thin sliced.
  3. Marinate the pork with cornstarch & light soy sauce.
  4. Added 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into the wok at medium heat.
  5. Fried the garlic and ginger until fragrance.
  6. Add pork & mushroom cook for about 1min.
  7. Put in the leek & fish maw.
  8. Cook for 3 min.
  9. Prepare the source with cornstarch, oyster source & water.
  10. Pour the source into the mixture & cook until boiling.
  11. You may add the shrimps(Optional) at this stage.
  12. Simmer for 3 min & get ready to serve.
