Lamb Chops With Lemony Apple Glaze

• 12 cup apple jelly
• 14 cup lemon juice, from concentrate
• 14 cup steak sauce
• 8 lamb loin chops, 1-inch thick

1. In a small saucepan, melt the jelly; stir in the lemon juice and steak sauce and heat through.
2. Grill or broil the chops as desired and baste frequently with the sauce while cooking.
