Green Peas with Tiny Pearl Onions

  1. Combine the oil and flour in a large saucepan over medium heat.

  4. Slowly whisk in the cream and bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in the vegetables, cover, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes to heat through.
