Peachy Scallops Recipe

  1. Thaw frzn scallops.
  2. Rinse with cool water to remove any shell particles.
  3. Cut scallops into 1/2 inch pcs.
  4. Combine butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper and scallops.
  5. Place peach halves in a 11x7x1 inch baking pan.
  6. Combine cinnamon, cloves, mace and salt.
  7. Sprinkle over peaches.
  8. Place about 2 Tbsp.
  9. of scallop mix in center of each peach.
  10. Cut bacon into fourths, crosswise.
  11. Place a slice on each peach.
  12. Broil about 4 inches from source of heat for 8 to 10 min or possibly till bacon is crisp.
  13. Makes 6 servings.
