Tamarind Salmon
- 4 salmon filets
- 1 bottle tamarind H1 sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger; minced
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp lemon peel seasoning
- 2 tsp ground coriander seed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 sea salt
- 1 EVOO; as needed
- 1 peppercorn melange
- Marinate fish in enough H1 to cover with minced ginger for 24 hours.
- Dry salmon.
- Cover with just enough oil to cover.
- Season.
- Roast at 400 for approximately 10-15 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145
- Variations; Mustard, parsley, Worcestershire, citrus, tarragon, roasted garlic, lemon-pepper seasoning
