Spaghetti and Meat Sauce

  1. Brown the ground beef.
  2. Drain off as much fat as you can.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil, then turn down heat.
  5. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour.
  6. Stir every now and then so the sauce doesnt stick.
  7. Add extra water if it gets too thick.
  8. Serve over hot spaghetti (see Notes), with parmesan cheese if you like.
