Beef Fillet With Horseradish Recipe

  1. Brush the onion bread croutes with the extra virgin olive oil and bake in a warm oven for 5 min till golden.
  2. Cut the beef fillet into circles with a pastry cutter and season.
  3. Heat a frying pan with a little extra virgin olive oil till very warm.
  4. Place in the beef fillet and cook on each side for 20 seconds.
  5. Tomato and horseradish sauce:Mix all the ingredients together.
  6. Brush the crostini with the horseradish and tomato sauce and place on the beef fillet.
  7. NOTES : For 10 Crostini
