Beef Fillet With Horseradish Recipe
- 10 x 2 inch onion bread croutes
- 25 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 300 gm Beef fillet Seasoning
- 15 gm Fresh horseradish, grated
- 40 gm Tomato ketchup
- Brush the onion bread croutes with the extra virgin olive oil and bake in a warm oven for 5 min till golden.
- Cut the beef fillet into circles with a pastry cutter and season.
- Heat a frying pan with a little extra virgin olive oil till very warm.
- Place in the beef fillet and cook on each side for 20 seconds.
- Tomato and horseradish sauce:Mix all the ingredients together.
- Brush the crostini with the horseradish and tomato sauce and place on the beef fillet.
- NOTES : For 10 Crostini
