Reuben chicken
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slice swiss cheese
- 16 oz thousand island dressing
- 1 can sauerkraut, drained
- Heat oven at 325
- Place chicken on baking pan
- Season chicken with pepper
- Top each chicken piece with it sauerkraut
- Place cheese on top of sauerkraut
- Pour dressing on top of cheese.
- Cover with foil paper
- Bake for 1 1/2 hr or until chicken it's done.
