Homemade chicken n dumplings with cresents

  1. Melt butter and slowly whisk in flour until well blended and bubbles slightly.
  2. Now slowly whisk in milk and chicken stock And let simmer for a few.
  3. Stir occasionally.
  4. While thats simmering, add your water and the rest of the Chicken stock to a larger pot.
  5. Now you can add your chicken.
  6. Go ahead and add your seasonings now.
  7. Everything to taste.
  8. Now you can add your flour/stock mixture to the larger pot.
  9. Mix well and bring to a boil then add Chunks of cresents to the pot.
  10. I then put on a lid and let cook for a Bit.
  11. I never time anything I just eyeball it!

  13. Reduce heat and stir everything together.
  14. Put lid back on and let cook a bit more.
  15. Remove lid when dumplings are cooked stir and enjoy:)
