Fresh Fruit And Yogurt Tortilla Cups
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 5 flour tortilla (8 inch)
- cooking spray
- 3/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh peach slices
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 pint vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted
- Blend sugar and cinnamon.
- Lightly spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray; sprinkle with sugar mixture.
- Press each coated tortillas into an 8-ounce custard cup to form a cup.
- Bake at 350F for 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly golden and crisp.
- Cool 5 minutes in cup.
- Remove from cups; cool completely on wire rack.
- Mix strawberries, peaches, raspberries, honey and lemon juice.
- Scoop yogurt into tortilla cups; top with fruit mixture and sliced almonds.
- Serve immediately.
