Fresh Fruit And Yogurt Tortilla Cups

  1. Blend sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Lightly spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray; sprinkle with sugar mixture.
  3. Press each coated tortillas into an 8-ounce custard cup to form a cup.
  4. Bake at 350F for 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly golden and crisp.
  5. Cool 5 minutes in cup.
  6. Remove from cups; cool completely on wire rack.
  7. Mix strawberries, peaches, raspberries, honey and lemon juice.
  8. Scoop yogurt into tortilla cups; top with fruit mixture and sliced almonds.
  9. Serve immediately.
