Easy Cold Pasta

  1. Bring out the ingredients.
  2. Add some salt in a decent amount of hot water.
  3. When it comes to a boil, cook the pasta for 4 minutes.
  4. Also cook the enoki mushrooms together with pasta to bulk it up.
  5. When done, drain in a sieve and rinse lightly.
  6. Add the extra virgin olive oil and toss everything together.
  7. Chill in the fridge for minimum 10 minutes.
  8. While the pasta is in the fridge, dice the tomato and mozzarella cheese into 1 cm cubes.
  9. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes to your preference.
  10. Transfer the cold pasta into a transparent dish.
  11. Dish up the cured ham, tomato, and mozzarella cheese.
  12. Drizzle the basil sauce to finish!
  13. Toss everything together right before serving, share, and have fun!
  14. Here's a variation with baby leaves on top... Voila!
  15. A delicious pasta dish!
