Cheesy Chicken Thigh Teriyaki
- 2 large Chicken thigh
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 piece Grated ginger
- 3 slice plus Sliced cheese
- 1 Fresh parsley
- 1 Mashed potato
- Cut the chicken thigh into 3-4 pieces.

- Once the chicken has finished cooking, add the ingredients and cook on high heat while coating the chicken with the sauce.
- Top with cheese and cover with a lid until the cheese melts.
- Serve on a dish and garnish with parsley.
