Old Bay Coating

• 14 cup cornmeal
• 2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
• 1 12 teaspoons dry mustard
• 12 teaspoon nutmeg
• 18 teaspoon cayenne

1. Combine all
2. Use to bread chicken breast fillets or fish fillets.
