Brooke's Frozen Cherry Salad Recipe
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 3/4 c. pecans
- 1 can crushed pineapple, (8 3/4 ounce.)
- 4 ounce Mandarin orange slices
- 1 can dark sweet pitted cherries, (16-ounce.) whipping cream
- Beat together cream cheese lowfat sour cream, sugar and salt.
- Drain all fruit; mix in with the first mix.
- Add in the marshmallows and pecans.
- Pour into 9x9x2-inch dish and put in freezer overnight.
- Slice; serve on bed of lettuce.
- Top with whipped cream.
