Pie Crust Pizza
- 1 package Frozen Pie Crust
- 1 whole Roma Tomato, Thinly Sliced
- 4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 4 slices Deli-sliced Swiss Cheese
- 13 cups Grated Parmesan
- 1 package (7 Oz. Package) Pesto, Or To Taste
- Allow pie crust to thaw.
- Once it has reached room temperature, roll it out into a circle large enough to fit onto a pizza pan, pizza stone, or cookie sheet.
- Brush the surface of the crust with the dijon mustard.
- Tear the slices of swiss cheese apart, and place them on top of the mustard.
- Add dollops of pesto (to your preference) on top of the cheese, just barely spreading it.
- Place thin slices of tomato on top of cheese and pesto.
- Sprinkle parmesan over the top of everything.
- Bake according to pie crust directions.
