Tomato Salsa

  1. In bowl toss together the tomatoes, the onion, the chili, the lime juice, the coriander, and salt to taste and let the salsa stand for 30 minutes.
  2. The salsa may be made 4 hours in advance and kept covered and chilled.
  3. Let the salsa come to room temperature before serving.
