Carrot-Broccoli Casserole(Microwave)

  1. Place broccoli in package on microproof plate and put in microwave oven. Cook on High for 4 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside. Combine soup, carrots, sour cream, flour, onion, salt and pepper in 1 1/2-quart microproof casserole.
  2. Cut broccoli into 1-inch pieces. Stir into soup mixture. Cover and cook on High for 6 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir and set aside.
  3. Place butter in 2-cup glass measure.
  4. Cook on High for 1 minute. Remove from oven. Add stuffing cubes to butter and blend well. Spoon over broccoli mixture.
  5. Place in microwave and cook on High for 6 minutes. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
