Egg Nog For One Recipe

• 1/3 c. non-fat dry lowfat milk
• 1 capful rum extract
• 4 ice cubes
• 3 ounce. water
• 1 capful vanilla extract
• Dash nutmeg
• Artificial sweetener to equal 3 tbsp. sugar

1. Blend at low speed.
2. Pour into chilled glass and sprinkle with nutmeg, if you like.
