20-Minute Grilled Chicken with Parmesan Rice

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush chicken with dressing.
  3. Grill 5 to 6 min.
  4. on each side or until chicken is done (165F).
  5. Meanwhile, stir cheese, tomatoes and onions into rice.
  6. Serve chicken over rice mixture.
