Cherry White Chocolate Scones
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup dried cherries, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cup Land O Lakes Butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Land O Lakes Egg, slightly beaten
- Coarse grain sugar, if desired
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Line large baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
- Combine flour, cherries, chocolate chips, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl.
- Add whipping cream, butter, milk and beaten egg; stir until well mixed.
- Drop dough by heaping 1/3 cupfuls onto prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle tops with coarse grain sugar, if desired.
- Bake 12-14 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
