Tangy Paprika Beef
- 1 lb cubed meat, cut into 1 in. pieces
- 12 cup flour, seasoned to taste
- 1 12 tablespoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 (1 1/4 ounce) packages dry onion soup mix
- 12 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 quart water
- 8 ounces noodles, cooked
- Heat oil over high heat.
- Roll meat in seasoned flour.
- Cook meat over high heat 3-5 minutes or until brown.
- Add everything else except noodles.
- Simmer on low 45 minutes to 2 hours.
- Thinken with 1/2c.
- flour and 1/4c.
- water.
- Serve over or on warm noodles (I like curly egg noodles best.
