Green Onion-Garlic Burgers with Creamy Bleu Cheese Dressing

  1. First, prepare the dressing.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the bleu cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, heavy cream, wine, salt, and pepper (to taste).
  3. Process until smooth.
  4. Transfer to a pint jar with a lid; refrigerate.
  5. It will thicken as it chills.

  7. Form into 4 patties.
